1. Return Window

Refunds: Accepted within 14 days of delivery

Exchanges/Store Credit: Accepted within 30 days of delivery

2. Eligibility

To be eligible for a return:

Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition

Must include proof of purchase

3. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns on:

Sale or clearance items

Gift cards

Custom/personalized products

4. Return Shipping

If we sent the wrong item or it arrived damaged, return shipping is on us

For all other returns, you’re responsible for return shipping.

5. How to Start a Return

Reason for return

Photo evidence (if damaged)

We’ll respond with next steps.

6. Refunds

If approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

7. Exchanges

Email us to request an exchange. We’ll ship the replacement once your return is received.
